Ingredients to be added :

200ml Oil
100g White chocolate
440ml Water

Method :

Blend 1kg of pinnacle White mud cake mix with water on low speed for 1 minute
scrape down
Blend on 3rd speed for 2 minutes
Scrape down
Melt 100g white chocolate in 200ml of vegetable oil
Commence blending on 1st speed white adding vegetable oil and melted chocolate.
Mix for a total of two minutes.
Oven temperature for cake 140 degrees.
Baking time for 8 Inch x 3 Inch High round tin - 80 Minutes Approximately - 1kg Mix (baking time may vary depending on the oven)
